Application

This honeycomb filter paper making machine is our newest design accord to customer requirement, the main material of paper is the flame resistant paper or flame retardant paper,after die cutting and stitching online,the finished paper in roll can be used as filter material.

Also our normal honeycomb paper forming machine can make simple honeycomb shape kraft paper without the pulling cutting paper and directly rewind the finished paper to air shaft.So this mean the same machine can do both job,one function is making the honeycomb type paper,mesh paper for packing field using,another function is making the flame resistant paper to be used as filter material in workshop.But when make the filter paper,the machine we will design some longer between the die cutting module and the rewinding device,then customer can add some stitching or sewing machine in this making process.

1. This machine is suitable for die cutting honeycomb paper,wrapping paper, shock-absorbing paper, kraft paper,fish net paper from 70g to 100g.
2. The unwinding,cutting and rewinding in one process.
3. Main motor equipped with Inverter for speed regulation.
4. Automatic ultrasonic web guide controller for unwinding.
5. Tension controlled by magnetic powder brake and clutch.
6. Automatic meter counting device,automatically stop after it reaches the length you set.
7. Pneumatic cylinder to control the cutting mould up and down.
8. Roll to sheet cutting is optional.(can match our paper wrapper)
